  Pets connect us. For more than 15 years, we’ve been proud to serve the West Loop community, as the first veterinary clinic in the neighborhood. We partner with Chicago shelters, support local groups like Green City Market, and host annual pet-friendly events that bring our community together.
• More Than Urgent Care
  We provide same-day urgent care within a full-service veterinary hospital, offering immediate support, ongoing care, and the trusted relationships only a primary veterinarian can provide.

• Daytime Urgent & Emergency Care
  We have highly skilled doctors, availability, and resources to provide urgent care when your pet needs it. Walk-ins are welcome; please call before arriving.
  

• Wellness Exams
  
  Annual (or bi-annual for senior pets) exams help us build a complete health history for your pet. During each visit, your veterinarian will:

  • Gather your pet’s history and perform a full nose-to-tail exam

  • Address any questions or concerns you may have

  • Highlight our Fear Free practices to ensure your pet’s comfort (please let us know if your pet needs any special accommodations for anxiety or behavior)

  We may also discuss diagnostics such as stool samples, bloodwork, and heartworm testing, as well as vaccines and preventive care tailored to your pet’s age, breed, and lifestyle.

• Surgery & Dentistry
  
  An exam is required prior to surgery. Dental assessment and treatment are recommended at least every other year to maintain oral health and detect issues early.

• Day-Stay Appointments
  Drop your pet off at a convenient time that fits your schedule. Once care is complete, you’re welcome to pick up before closing. Your veterinarian will call you personally to review your pet’s treatment and next steps.

• Reminders
  You’ll receive appointment reminders and forms by email or text. We may also reach out before your appointment so you can provide details via phone call.

• Timing
  Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early. Parking availability may vary.

• Policies
  Please give 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments without notice may be charged the full exam fee.

• Safety

  • Our team includes Fear Free® Certified professionals who focus on making veterinary visits less stressful for pets. Please let us know in advance if your pet needs special accommodation.

• We specialize in caring for dogs and cats.
• Our team is dedicated to providing excellent medical care and a compassionate experience for every pet. We do not provide grooming, daycare, boarding, or overnight services.
• Please bring your pet’s most recent medical records (all if under one year old) so we can create a complete medical history and ensure the best possible care.

Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

• CareCredit – Flexible financing (subject to approval)
• Pet Insurance – Most providers reimburse veterinary care; submit receipt and claim form for reimbursement"

Our exam fee includes a comprehensive exam and consultation with your veterinarian. We can also create a Medical Care Plan (MCP) to guide current and future visits and treatments.
