Our ideal candidate is friendly, positive, outgoing, thorough, dedicated to patient care and their profession, and enjoys practicing medicine as well as surgery and dentistry.

We are looking for experienced veterinary technicians to join our team. While certification is preferred it is not required! We have the resources to get you to the next level.

Also commonly known as Veterinary Assistant, this role involves patient handling and care, client communication and education, and closely assisting our veterinarians.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who will share the passion for our mission of providing exceptional medical care to our patients and excellent service to our clients.

The ideal candidate takes personal responsibility for maintaining the hospital environment for our patients and carefully organizing hospital treatment and surgery equipment.

Health Insurance
We currently offer 4 different medical plans to choose from through Blue Cross Blue Shield, 2 PPO, and 2 HSA medical plans.
Dental/Vision Insurance
Dental insurance is offered through BCBS and vision insurance benefits are available through EyeMed. Eligibility begins the first month following 30 days of employment for full-time employees.
Ovia Health
To continue with our commitment to supporting employees and their families, we now also offer Ovia maternity and family resources apps, free of charge through our plans with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas. Ovia health is a digital platform supporting the complete family care continuum.
Basic Life and AD&D Insurance
Employer-sponsored benefit with life insurance coverage up to $150,000. The premium for this policy is 100% covered by the Practice – the employee does not contribute to the cost of the premium. Full-time non-exempt coverage up to $50k and full-time exempt employee coverage up to $150k.
Paid Parental Leave
Up to 6 paid weeks of leave at 100% of pay! We are committed to investing in the total well-being for our team and this new Paid Leave offering is our way of supporting employees with new family members.
Traditional 401K Retirement Plan
The key to saving for retirement is to start early and stay committed. The hospital will match up to the first 4% of participating employees' annual contribution. Choose from 4 different contribution types pre-tax, Roth, Catch-Up, and Rollovers. Employees are fully vested after the first contribution.
Dependent Care FSA
By enrolling in this benefit, you are eligible for tax savings of around 30% on dependent service expenses such as preschool, summer day camp, before or after school programs, and in-home childcare for your dependents. The maximum annual contribution of $5,000.
Employee Wellness Program*
All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the practice Employee Wellness Program upon successful completion of the introductory period. Employees enrolled in a physical fitness membership are eligible to receive a reimbursement of their membership each month. The amount reduction/management program fees. Holiday Pay*
Regular, full-time employees will be paid for the following 6 holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
